Evaluation of Innovation Capacity: 

It is deeply understood by IEG that innovation strategies of different companies focus on different emphases. Some companies place emphasis on technological innovation or research and development of products, some companies focus on production management innovation, and some companies give attention to marketing model innovation. Therefore, the evaluation is to find out the innovation emphasis concerned by top management leaders of an enterprise and the enterprise’s matching organizational resources and form feasible direction and key points of innovation agreed by top management.
 

Organizational Planning of Innovation: 

Once the evaluation reaches an agreement on direction and key points of innovation, then consultants of IEG will establish matching resources for the enterprise in collaboration with its top management team, for example, the establishment of innovation promotion system, innovation performance system, innovation financial assessment system, etc, arrange related innovation lectures for top management, arrange innovation cognition training for relevant employees and lay the foundation for establishment of innovation culture and formulation of innovation strategy. 
 

Formulation of Innovation Strategy: 

It is of significant importance to formulate a customized and specific innovation strategy after top management of the enterprise reach an agreement on innovation and the enterprise has gotten the matching resources and basic cognition on innovation. Implementation of Innovation Strategy: 

The implementation of innovation strategy contains three stages: the first stage is the initiation of innovation strategy. An innovation atmosphere shall be created and strengthened by presentation of top management, topic introduction of IEG innovation specialists, propaganda of enterprise’s internal publications and website, and attention shall be paid to introducing the enterprise’s innovation management system, person in charge of innovation and corresponding responsibilities, rights and interests. The second stage is to provide trainings on innovation ideas and methodologies for middle and high levels of management, and select appropriate projects and management team in key innovation fields. The third stage is to provide systematic trainings on innovation methodologies, innovation project counseling and project evaluation and review for members of project team and give commendation to excellent innovation team. 
 

Establishment of Innovation culture: 

In the expansion stage of innovation outcomes, IEG consultants and the enterprise’s management team will summarize previous innovation outcomes, develop innovation process and methodologies into standard documents and replicate these excellent innovation practices to branch offices and branch plants, so as to spread innovation culture to every corner of the enterprise, cultivate more innovative talents and therefore improve the enterprise’s comprehensive competitiveness.
